How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 7 to 14 business days across South Africa.

How much is shipping?

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Return Policy page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
All our gadgets have a 6-month warranty against defects. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video and we will arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund.
