How long does delivery take?
2–5 business days across South Africa after 1–2 business days processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over R700. Standard shipping is R60–R99 otherwise.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, nationwide, with a R50 COD fee.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes — unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7–14 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video and we'll arrange a free return, refund, or replacement.
