We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.

Changed your mind?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item?

All our gadgets come with a 6-month warranty against defects. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. We will arrange free return shipping and send you a free replacement or a full refund.

The warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, drops, or normal wear and tear.

How to return an item

Email Support@gadgetspherestore.com or WhatsApp 079 900 1775 with your order number and the reason for the return.
We reply within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions.
Send the item back as instructed.
Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
